Transforming Chloé's brand’s sourcing and client experience through traceability and circular design

Chloé Vertical is a pilot project launched in 2022 to transform the brand’s sourcing and client experience through traceability and circular design. The initiative introduced Digital IDs on 3,181 products so customers can trace each item from farm to finished product, as well as access care, repair, and resale options. Chloé committed to sourcing at least 5% of its materials as fully traceable by 2024 and has aimed for 90% lower-impact materials by 2025. The project also pioneered Life Cycle Assessments and Social Profit & Loss metrics, setting a new standard for transparency, collaboration, and innovation in luxury fashion.
