One Stop COP day three

Day three of COP26 sees a welcome revision to climate models and an agreement to stop financing overseas fossil fuel projects.

With new climate models from the journal Science projecting that new commitments would bring warming under 2.0 degrees, there was a continued sense of progress at COP26. News that 20 countries had agreed to stop financing overseas fossil fuel projects was also warmly welcomed.
